✅ Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Only products that arrived defective or damaged are eligible for return or replacement.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Items showing signs of use, installation, or modification.

Returns due to change of mind or size misjudgment (please check dimensions before ordering).
How to Initiate a Return

Share order ID, images of the issue, and a brief description.

Our support team will assess and arrange for a reverse pickup if applicable.
🔁 Replacement or Refund

For eligible returns, we offer a free replacement or full refund on return after inspection.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the product is received back and passes quality checks.
